Romanian bands VH2 and Magnolia to open Roxette's concert in Bucharest

Romanian bands VH2 and Magnolia (in picture) will open the concert that the Swedish duo Roxette will hold for the first time in Romania, on May 30 at Zone Arena in Bucharest. Vh2 is a well-known band in Romania, being made of some of the most respected names in Romanian music for the past 25 years. The band was formed by Gabriel Corabita and Mihai Pocorschi, and currently includes Catalina Tuta Popescu at keyboards and backround vocals, Razvan Lupu at drums and backround vocals, Vladimir Pocorschi as lead guitar and background vocals, Eugen Sonia at bass and Catalin Catoiu at percussion. This month, on May 18, VH2 will release a new album which will be called "2 - VH2".

Magnolia is a Romanian music project formed by Raluca Leahu. Along with Dan Leahu at guitar and synth, Radu Anghel at bass and Bogdan Morosanu at drums, the band manipulates the sounds and oscillates between styles, resulting a fresh, relaxing sound. More about the band.
