Romanian brick producer sells two plots to Dedeman for EUR 1.6 mln
Local brick producer Cemacon Cluj will sell two land plots to DIY retailer Dedeman for RON 7 million (EUR 1.6 million).
Cemacon signed a pre-contract with Dedeman on October 13, for selling the two plots with a total area of 2.5 hectares, which are located in Zalau, Northwestern Romania. The pre-contract was announced yesterday on the bourse.
One plot amounts to 22,000 sqm whereas the other one covers 3,100 sqm. The selling price is EUR 62.5 per sqm, plus VAT.
Zalau, which has over 60,000 inhabitants, will be the third city in the Northwestern Romania where Dedeman opens a store, after Satu Mare and Oradea.
