Companies in Romania spend EUR 115 for one employee’s training
Local companies spent on average EUR 115 per person for training their employees last year, up 5% compared to 2015, according to a press release issued yesterday by the HR firm HPDI, reports local Agerpres.
Team building programs were financed with an average of EUR 60 per employee last year, without including the accommodation costs.
Companies asked for training programs that develop presentation skills or verbal and nonverbal communication, stress management or conflict management.
The local team building market will reach some EUR 10 million this year, said Petru Pacuraru, HPDI managing partner. He added that the company’s most sought-after team building program was “E-hunters”, which develops strategic and leadership skills.
