State-owned energy distribution group Electrica posted last year a consolidated net profit of EUR 90.6 million, up 59% over 2013.

This excludes the transferred minority stakes.

The operating profit in 2014 amounted to EUR 112.2 million, up 44% compared to 2013. Revenues totaled last year EUR 1.1 billion, down 5% over the previous year.

Electrica reduced its operating expenses by 9%, up to EUR 1 million.

The Electrica Board of Directors proposed the distribution of gross dividends with RON 0.7217 per share.
