Romanian entrepreneur wants to measure civil servants’ productivity

Local company Nexus Electronics, run by Romanian entrepreneur Florin Subtirica, wants to provide for free an application that Romanian public institutions can use to measure their employees’ productivity.

The app, which was launched this summer, shows how much time employees waste on the Internet. The company provides the app for free for one year, between November this year and November 2016. Normally, the company requires EUR 5 to install the app on each computer.

Nexus Electronics launched the application following a EUR 95,000 investment.

The company had a turnover of EUR 1.27 million and a net profit of EUR 600,000 in 2014.
