A Romanian family spent on average EUR 4.8 per month on health services in the first quarter of the year, namely over 4% of the total monthly amount allocated for services, which reaches EUR 113.

Over half of this amount is used to pay the electricity bill, which reaches EUR 21.4, the natural gas bill of EUR 19.8 and the phone services bill of EUR 18.

In a ranking of monthly service spending, health services are only on the eighth place, reports local Profit.ro. The average amount paid for health services by a household has, however, increased by 16% compared to 2014 and has doubled compared to 2008.
