Romanian food producer lists bonds on the stock market
Local food producer Good People SA, which produces and sells healthy food under the brand FruFru, will list EUR 1 million bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
The company has already sold the bonds to local investors. Local brokerage firm BRK Financial Group (Broker Cluj) has managed the bond offering and the listing.
The bonds will be traded on BVB’s AeRO market segment, dedicated to startups and SMEs, starting June 14.
Good People SA increased its sales by 77% last year, to EUR 3.94 million. The company made a net profit of some EUR 100,000, according to data from the Finance Ministry.
