Romanian holding to help digitize Brasov transport system
Romanian company UTI will provide the City Hall in Brasov,Central Romania, equipment and services that will digitize the transport system management in the city, in a contract worth EUR 6.6 million (VAT included) for 12 months.
UTI submitted its tender in joint venture with Romanian company Radcom and subcontractor Industrial Software SRL Sibiu, reports local Wall-street.ro.
The auction procedure was initiated in May and the contract was attributed to UTI in December.
Other two joint ventures submitted tenders: CS Vision SRL Brasov, Ramb System SRL Brasov and Helinick SRLl Buchresti, respectively Mira Telecom, Kent Kart (Turkey) and Total Soft (subcontractor Power Net Consulting).
UTI Group is a Romanian holding company, founded in 1990.
