Romanian investment company distributes EUR 15 mln dividends
Romanian investment company SIF Oltenia’s board has proposed EUR 15.66 million in dividends for its shareholders, or 73.4% of its EUR 21 million profit from 2014.
The company will keep EUR 5.68 million from the profit as its financing sources, according to documents from SIF Oltenia for the Annual General Meeting on April 28.
Under the proposal, the gross dividend per share will amount to RON 0.12 (EUR 0.027). This represents a 6.98% yield over the stock quotation end-Tuesday, when shares sold for RON 1.72.
Last year, SIF Oltenia distributed a gross dividend of RON 0.16 per share, from the EUR 29 million profit in 2013.
