Romanian investors are confident about business perspectives
Business leaders in Romania are confident about the growth of their businesses this year as well as in the evolution of the overall economy, but they complain about the low economic competitiveness, according to EY Romania’s "A new vision for growth” study.
Some 40% of the companies estimate that their turnovers will record significant increases this year, between 10% and 31%, whereas 27% estimate a moderate growth rates. About 35% of the respondents also believe they will increase their profits by over 10% this year, and 12% expect their profits to go down, similar to the estimations from the beginning of the year.
About 27% of the respondents expect an increase in investments by more than 10%, compared to 36% of the respondents in the study carried out at the beginning of the year.
