Romanian mall owner sells shares worth EUR 0.5 mln to his stepson
Businessman Dan Adamescu sold a 3.39% stake in the Unirea Shopping Center downtown Bucharest to his stepson, Rani Palade, in a transaction worth EUR 500,000.
The price per share was EUR 4.62, 67% below the value of a share in the most recent transactions of the company. The Adamescu family owns a 74% stake in the Unirea Shopping Center, through a company called The Nova Group Investments Romania.
Other shareholders include SIF Muntenia company, with a 10% stake, and other investors in the stock exchange with a 16% stake.
