Romanian Regina Maria equips maternity with iPads 2

Romanian private medical care provider Regina Maria has equipped its maternity with iPads 2, through a partnership with iStyle Bucharest, according to the company. The iPads were brought in the maternity in order to help the mothers to communicate better with their families.

Regina Maria was founded by Dr. Wargha Enayati and his wife, Mitra Enayati. The private healthcare provider runs three medical campuses, six hospitals and 19 clinics in Bucharest and around the country, and works with 1,000 doctors.

Centrul Medical Unirea (CMU), which together with Euroclinic have together re-branded under the name Regina Maria, posted an estimated EUR 30 million turnover last year and plans to double it in the next two to three years. Regina Maria's main shareholders are the investment fund Advent International and Wargha Enayati.
