Romanian Suceava airport reopens next summer
The Stefan cel Mare airport in Suceava, in Northern Romania, will reopen next summer, according to director Ioan Mariuta, cited by local Agerpres. Work at the airport is on schedule, the weather is good and there are no funding problems at the moment, so flights should operate from the Suceava airport in August 2015, he said.
The announcement was made during the recent working visit made by Ioan Catalin Nechifor, president of Suceava County Council, and Ion Viorel Stanciu, director of the Romanian air traffic services administration ROMATSA
