Romanian tourism association opens first info point for Mud Volcanoes and Buzau region
The TravelBuzau association will open the first information point for tourists in the Berca village, Buzau county, Romania. The project was carried out in partnership with Berca city hall and the tourism development association Monteoru Renaissance.
The info center will be located on the way to the Mud Volcanoes, visited by around 2,000 tourists per week-end. The new center will be in a former bus station that is to be renovated with financial aid from several sponsors. It will provide information about the sights of the area and the tours available in the region.
We wrote about the Mud Volcanoes here and about entertainment possibilities in the Buzau area here and here.
