Romanian group Ana Hotels, the owner of five-star hotel Athenee Palace Hilton, will invest EUR 8 million to completely revamp its guest rooms.

The revamping process will be gradual and will take two to three years, with the hotel staying open during this period, Alexandra Copos, president and CEO of Ana Hotels, said in a gala event last week.

Athenee Palace Hilton is one of the largest five-star hotel in Bucharest. The hotel last week celebrated a century.
