Romania’s Competition Council recently approved Dalli Production Romania’s acquisition of a detergent manufacturing plant from Timisoara.

The plant belongs to local company SC Detergenti, part of the Procter & Gamble group.

The Council has decided that the transaction does not violate competition laws.

The Dalli Group is active in Europe in home and personal care product manufacturing. The Timisoara plant manufactures laundry detergents, fabric care products, and dishwashing detergent.
