The newly opened Delta Hospital in Bucharest is targeting expats with the recent partnership with Bupa International, which offers health insurance to expatriates. The hospital joins Bupa International’s network of 7,500 hospitals and clinics in over 190 countries around the world.

“This partnership will greatly benefit the Romanian expatriate community and Bupa International members in particular,” said Catalin Copaescu, main shareholder, Chief of General Surgery Department and Director of the Bariatric Surgery Excellence Center at Delta Hospital.

Delta Hospital has recently been opened following invetsments of EUR 13 million. The hospital, located in the Mihai Bravu area of Bucharest, offers medical services ranging from consults, analysis, investigations and newest imagistic diagnose, to treatments and surgery, especially laparoscopic surgery, covering all domains of medical pathology. The hospital covers 10,000 sqm.
