Romania's Financial Supervisory Authority sanctions local asset manager
The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) has found “a series of issues” following a control at the largest local independent asset manager Certinvest and has obliged the company to adopt an action plan, reads an ASF press release.
The press release fails to mention the measures imposed upon the company. The Financial Financial Supervisory Authority will monitor if the company complies with these obligations.
Certinvest manages EUR 47.5 million worth of assets. The company is controlled by local investor Eugen Voicu.
