The Romanian Ministry of Finance wants to supplement the budget for guarantees for the First House program by some EUR 110 million, which were unused in the acquisition program for houses built by the National Housing Agency (ANL), according to a draft government decision, cited by local Agerpres.

The First House program was implemented in the second half of 2009. Until now, a total of 117,716 guarantees were granted through this program, out of which some 30% were intended for the purchase of property built between 2008 and 2013, according to figures from the Ministry of Finance.
