Romania’s forex reserves, up 3% in July
Romania’s National Bank – BNR’s foreign exchange reserves amounted to EUR 32.65 billion at the end of July, up 3% compared to June.
The inflows totaled EUR 1.16 billion whereas the outflows amounted to EUR 237 million in July. The inflows included money from the Finance Ministry and the European Commission.
The gold reserve stayed at 103.7 tons and had an estimated value of EUR 4 billion.
Romania’s international reserves, including both foreign currencies and gold, reached EUR 36.66 billion at the end of July.
