Romania's Government doesn’t approve the budget of state airline Tarom
The Government hasn’t approved the budget of the state-owned airline Tarom even if the expected results were better compared to last year, said the Government spokesperson Dan Suciu.
The cabinet members want to ask the company’s private management for a strategy for revitalizing the airline on the medium and long term, reports local Profit.ro. Not approving the budget was meant as a signal for “an increased responsibility”.
Last month, the Transport Minister sent the Control Body to Tarom to check several technical aspects on the airline’s activity as well as the delays recorded on various flights.
