Operational leasing companies in Romania managed over 60,000 motor vehicles at the end of last year, up 8% compared to the end of 2015, according to the Association of Operational Leasing Companies.

Between January and December last year, the operational leasing companies registered almost 14,400 cars, namely 13.3% of the total number of registrations.

Romanian companies, either small and medium-sized or big ones, should better understand this product (operational leasing), to benefit from its advantages, said Bogdan Apahidean, ASLO president.

The services provided by these companies include complete operational leasing services (financing and fleet management) with a share of 75%, as well as fleet management (17%), whereas the rest represents operational leasing without administration services.
