Romania’s National Company for Road Infrastructure (CNAIR) yesterday launched the online portal www.erovinieta.ro where drivers in Romania can pay the vignette.

People can pay by card both the usage tariff (the vignette), as well as the tariff to cross the Fetesti-Cernavoda bridge over the Danube River, without any additional online taxes.

They can also check on the platform if their vignette is still valid. Another feature allows users to manage a fleet of cars.

For certain operations, users need to create a valid account on the portal.
