Royal scholarships for Romanian and Moldavian students
Romania’s Royal Family plans to support the Romanian education by offering four annual scholarships to university students, starting this year.
“Starting 2015, we will personally offer four annual scholarships to Romanian students: two in Bucharest - the King Carol I Scholarship and Queen Elizabeth Scholarship, at the Academy of Economic Studies, and two in Chisinau – the King Ferdinand and Queen Mary Scholarships, at the Academia Moldovei University,” said Princess Margareta, cited by local Mediafax.
The Royal Family will give more details on the scholarships in the near future.
The Elisabeta Palace on Monday, April 6, hosted a presentation event focused on the first Romanian chocolate products with royal names. Local chocolate produce Kandia Dulce launched three types of chocolate: the HRH Princess Margareta milk chocolate, HRH Prince Radu dark chocolate and Peles Castle dark chocolate.
