“Royal Saloon” in Bucharest’s Gara de Nord inaugurated on Romania's National Day

Romanian Princess Margareta and Prince Radu, together with the Romanian minister of transport Ramona Manescu, will make a symbolic journey with the royal train on the route Sinaia-Bucharest, on December 1st, the National Day of Romania.

At the end of the journey they will attend the inauguration ceremony of the “Royal Saloon” in Bucharest’s Gara de Nord.

The royal train will depart on December 1st at 13:00 from Sinaia train station and will reach Campina train station at 13:35, where it will make a short stop of 10 minutes, according to the Romanian Royal Family. The train will arrive in Ploiesti West Station at 14:23, where it will stop for 15 minutes, while at 15:45 the royal train will reach Gara de Nord in Bucharest.

The trip is initiated and hosted by the Romanian Ministry of Transport.
