Schools re-open this Monday( January 14 )  across Romania, after the winter holiday, so expect a bit of traffic jams in the streets and in the public transportation early in the morning and at the end of the day.

The Police sent over 8,500 Policemen to watch over school areas on the first day of school in 2013.

The second school semester in Romania will end on June 21 for most children, except those in final school years, which will have to finish earlier to take the final exams.
