Developer Skanska Romania partners local office visualization startup

25 August 2020

Skanska Romania, one of the biggest office space developers on the local market, has sealed a partnership with local proptech startup Bright Spaces, which has developed a platform that allows the 3D visualization of office spaces.

Under this partnership, Bright Spaces will implement its services for Skanska’s Equilibrium office project in northern Bucharest. Thus, potential tenants will have the possibility to view the office space available for rent in the project as well as several fitout options.

Bright Spaces was launched in April 2019 by Romanian entrepreneurs Bogdan Nicoara and Andrei Constantin. It aims to address several growing needs in the real estate industry: time efficiency, human and financial resources, the generation of new customers and the adoption of digital tools.

Bright Spaces provides building presentation services, both indoors and outdoors, including those in the design stage, various fitout options, bidding, visiting appointments, budget estimation in a controlled online environment, easy to use by tenants, owners and agents.

Bright Spaces won a proptech hackathon organized by Skanska in November 2019. It also participated in the Pi Labs acceleration program in the UK this year.
