Stake in Romanian producer Ductil Buzau sold in EUR 7.4 mln deals on Bucharest Stock Exchange
A package of 16.5 percent in Romanian electrode producer Ductil Buzau was recently sold on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in two deals worth some EUR 7.4 million in total. The sale price was over two times higher than the share price on the stock exchange, which was of RON 0.45.
The main shareholder in Ductil Buzau is Italian FRO - Airliquide Welding, with 72.3 percent of the shares, while investment fund Broadhurst Investments holds 11.7 percent of the shares.
The Romanian company posted a turnover of some EUR 25.7 million in the first nine months of 2013, 6.2 percent higher than during the same period of 2012. Its net profit was of EUR 1.5 million.
