Stand-up comedian Carlos Mencia comes for the first time in Romania this September
Stand-up comedian Carlos Mencia will come for the first time in Romania this autumn, at Bucharest Comedy Week. His show is scheduled to take place at Sala Palatului in Bucharest on September 27.
Carlos Mencia is a Honduran-born comedian, writer, and actor. He began his career doing stand-up on amateur night at the comedy club Laugh Factory in the US. After he found success on the L.A comedy circuit, Mencia was named “International Comedy Grand Champion” from Buscando Estrellas. This led to appearances on “In Living Color,” “The Arsenio Hall Show,” “Moesha” and “An Evening at the Improv.” In 2000, Mencia released a comedy album called “Take a Joke, America”.
