State titles start trading on BSE
The Bucharest Stock Exchange started trading earlier today the benchmark state titles issued by the Romanian Finance Ministry at the beginning of March. The bonds, 36,890 in total, have a nominal value of RON 10,000 (around EUR 2,380) and a coupon rate of 6 percent, which will be paid yearly. They will be repaid in 2015, the deadline of the issuance. The issuance is under symbol B1504A on the BSE. Out of the existing 26 bonds traded on the BSE, only two were listed last year. The recent one was the only one issued and listed this year.
