Well-known American actor Steven Seagal is currently in Romania, where he is shooting Keoni Waxman’s new film Contract to Kill.

The filming started on Sunday and took place in the old town of Romanian seaside resort Constanta, and in Mamaia. Seagal has joined the shooting on Tuesday, reports local Mediafax.

American actor Russell Wong also stars in the movie. Part of the filming will take place at the Castel Film Studios as well.

This is not the first time Steven Seagal comes to Romania. The actor has visited Romania several times over the past few years to shoot scenes for various movies such as The Mercenary: Absolution, also directed by Keoni Waxman, and Lauro Chartrand’s Born to Raise Hell.

While in Romania, Seagal has also offered to help a poor family rebuild their house burnt by fire.
