More than 13,400 employees and 250 top managers of 37 companies present in Romania participated in a study in which they were asked how they feel at work.

Their answers were compiled into a top 11 companies that employees consider an ideal place to work, the so-called Best Employer companies. The survey was conducted by Aon Romania.

Adobe Systems Romania ranked first, followed by Autonom, Edenred Romania, JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, Mars Romania, and Royal Canin Romania, MSD Romania, Nutricia Early Life Nutrition Romania, Pfizer Romania, Premier Restaurants Romania (Mc Donald’s), Sodexo On-Site Services, and Timac Agro Romania.

Two-thirds (67%) of the employees working for these 11 companies are convinced that they are paid according to the effort that they put into the company, compared to 44% in companies that ranked average.

As for benefits, 71% of the Best Employer companies’ employees are satisfied with the levels offered by employers compared to 49% of the employees working in average firms, according to Aon.
