Taxify expands to new city in Romania
Ride-hailing app Taxify was recently launched in Cluj-Napoca, the second city in Romania after Bucharest, as part of the company’s expansion strategy.
Taxify also announced a 50% discount for the trips in Cluj-Napoca, available this month.
Its main competitor in Cluj is Uber, which also expanded there in the summer of 2016. In fact, Uber is present in four Romanian cities, namely Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara and Brasov.
Taxify launched in Romania in mid August 2016. The app is available for both iOS and Android systems. Once installed, it can be used both in Bucharest or Cluj, as well as in any other cities in the world where Taxify is available.
