Romania's communications authority ANCOM has published the results of the first tests of mobile net speed through the Netograf platform.

Orange and Vodafone users record the highest mobile internet speeds.

Orange has the highest speed for downloading data, and Vodafone has the highest rate on the market for tests performed outdoor, reports local Capital.ro.

Orange and Vodafone were the first operators to launch 4G services in Romania. At the beginning of the year, the 4G network coverage for the entire population was of 63.63% for Orange, of 55% for Vodafone and 27% for Telekom.

Netograf is an online application developed by ANCOM which allows users to check and monitor the quality of their internet service.
