The Chemical Brothers to play at Romanian festival in August
Famous electronic music band The Chemical Brothers will return to Romania this August.
The band will perform at the Summer Well music festival to be organized on the Stirbey Domain in Buftea, near Bucharest, on August 13 and August 14. Their concert will take place on the second day of the festival.
The Chemical Brothers are a British band composed of Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons. Some of their most well-known songs are Galvanize, Hey Boy Hey Girl, Block Rockin' Beats, Star Guitar, and Go, songs their fans in Romania might also have the chance to listen live this summer. The band previously played in Romania in 2009. Read more about the band here.
The festival's organizers also announced other artists for this year's edition, namely US indie pop artist BØRNS, British rockers Blossoms, British electronic soul duo Honne, and British trio HÆLOS. They all join the already announced line-up that includes English synthpop duo Hurts, alternative rock band The 1975, Years & Years, The Neighbourhood, and Sundara Karma.
A two-day subscription at the festival costs RON 275 (some EUR 62) plus taxes and can be purchased online here.
