Three days to register a company in Romania
Romania’s National Trade Registry’s Office (ONRC) will issue registration certificates for new companies in three days after filling the request, if no additional documents are needed, the institution announced on July 13. The same three-day term will apply for amendment entries.
The new law that regulates the trade registry’s functioning, which becomes effective on July 14, rules that the court will be allowed to rule a company’s dissolution if the company doesn’t submit its yearly financial statements in due time.
The norm also simplifies dissolution, liquidation and delisting procedures for companies.
