Fashion retailer Tom Tailor has leased 320 sqm of space in Fashion House Outlet Centre, West of Bucharest, Jones Lang LaSalle has announced. Fashion House, a development by Liebrecht & wooD, is run by GVA Grimley. It was opened in 2008 close to the A1 highway. Jones Lang LaSalle is one of the co-exclusive agents for the project, having intermediated leases with tenants such as Adidas, Stefanel, Mango, Nike, Famous Brands, Samsonite. The outlet includes 65 stores with discounted prices on their collections.
