UniCredit Bank and insurer Allianz-Tiriac have signed a strategic partnership based on which the bank will distribute life insurance and general insurance policies for Allianz-Tiriac through its unit network.

UniCredit Bank clients will thus be able to purchase house insurance, health insurance and other types of general insurance as well as life insurance offered by Allianz-Tiriac.

This agreement is part of a wider partnership between Italian group UniCredit and German insurance group Allianz in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), which was announced at the beginning of June this year.
