UniCredit Business Partner rents entire building in Novo Park office compound in Bucharest
UniCredit Business Partner has leased a four-storey building in Novo Park office complex in Pipera, Bucharest from real estate owners Genesis Development. The lease involved a 10,000 sqm office area.
“Starting November this year, our central offices in Romania will be located in Novo Park, to offer employees a combination of benefits and optimal positioning in an easily accessible area”, said Gabriella Golfre Andreasi, manager director at UniCredit Business Partner in Romania.
Multinational companies like Kraft, Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, Raiffeisen, Infineon, Garanti Group, Yokagawa, ITC Networks/Luxoft, Eurest, Ringier and Veolia Water are headquartered in in Novo Park office compound. The complex has seven office buildings, on an area of over 70,000 sqm.
Genesis Development is owned by Romanian businessman Liviu Tudor, who also owns the West Park office compound. UniCredit Business Partner is UniCredit group's back office division. It has 7,000 employees and subsidiaries in Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic.
