Vastint, the real estate developer operating in the same group of companies as IKEA, has the permits for beginning a project of over EUR 100 mln in Bucharest. It will add two new office buildings, with 15 and eight floors, to the project it develops on the former Timpuri Noi industrial platform near the subway station of the same name.

Vastint has already completed three office buildings with a leasable area of ​​52,000 square meters in the project, and the new buildings will bring a similar area to the market, Economica.net reported.

The third phase of the project will also include the construction of apartment blocks.
