Retromobil Club Romania will open the 2016 Retro Spring Parade season this weekend, with several vintage car events scheduled to take place in 26 cities on April 16-17.

In Bucharest, the event will take place in Lumea Copiilor park, between 10:00 and 13:00. According to local 0-100.hotnews.ro, the Zapp family from Argentina will also be present at the Bucharest event. Their story is interesting because they’ve been travelling around the world for 16 years, in a vintage car from 1928.

On April 16, events will also take place in Alba Iulia, Arad, Bacau, Baia Mare, Brasov, Buzau, Cluj-Napoca, Constanta, Galati, Iasi, Oradea, Petrosani, Pitesti, Ploiesti, Ramnicu Valcea, Sibiu, Targoviste, Targu Mures, Timisoara, and Vaslui.

The next day, April 17, events will be organized in Campulung Muscel, Carei, Tasnad, Craiova, and Suceava.
