Real estate developer Genesis Property will invest EUR 1.5 million in an outdoor pool for its West Gate office park in Western Bucharest.

A running and roller blading track will also be included. The pool will have a 200-sun beds capacity.

Genesis Property founder Liviu Tudor argued company employees who work in the office park want to be active either before work, or wind down in the evening.

Companies headquarted in the park include Societe Generale European Business Services, Dacia Renault, Siemens, Ericsson, WNS, Citi, Accenture, Panasonic, Alpha Bank, Carestream Health and Medicover.
