Which are the most popular employers in Romania?
Google, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz were the most wanted employers in Romania last year, according to the “Most Loved Employers” study carried out by Inspire Group and Mercury Research.
Other companies that are part of the top 10 most popular employers include BMW Group, Deloitte Romania, Dell, IBM Romania, SAP Romania, Porsche Finance Group Romania, and Continental AG.
More than half of the respondents would like to build a career in one of these top 10 companies, reports local Agerpres.
In 2013, the most loved employers were BMW Group, Viessmann, and Emerson.
According to the study, the entry-level candidates expect salaries of RON 1,400 (EUR 310). Some 40% of the interviewed would only take a job for a monthly salary of over RON 1,500 (EUR 332).
About 73% of the respondents would like to work in the IT sector whereas 68% would be interested in the auto sector.
