Which are the Romanians' favorite amusement parks abroad?
More Romanians take their children to famous amusement parks around the world. Disneyland, Legoland, and PortAventura are some of the most attractive destinations for Romanian parents who want to take their children on special vacations.
The charming Disney World in Paris, Legoland in Germany, PortAventura in Spain, Center Parcs, and Gardaland in Italy, are the top destinations in the “Family Moments - theme parks” program run by local tour operator Christian tour.
When it comes to holidays to Disneyland, most Romanian families choose to stay at hotels located inside the park, and 90% of them prefer to get there by plane, according to Christian Tour. Most of the children who go to Disneyland are aged between 6 and 15. A Romanian family made of two parents and one child spends on average between EUR 1,000 and EUR 1,200 for a holiday at Disneyland, according to Christian tour.
Romanians also take their children to holidays in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, most of them choosing to make trips to Aquaventure and Ferrari World theme parks. To spend a day at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, an adult has to pay EUR 120. For children, the cost is EUR 90.
Through the “Family moments – theme parks” program, Christian tour sells tourist packages to over 20 amusement parks in the world, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, and the US.
