Kiss FM remained the most listened radio station in Romania this summer, on an urban and national level, according to the Radio Audience Survey conducted by IMAS and GfK Romania.

At a national level, for the audience aged over 11, Kiss FM ranked first with 2.11 million listeners per day, reports local Mediafax. Radio Romania Actualitati came next with 2.01 million listeners per day, followed by Radio ZU with 1.87 million listeners.

The ranking continues with ProFM (1.64 million listeners), Europa FM (1.51 million), Radio Antena Satelor (711,700), Magic FM (700,400), Radio 21 (over 570,000), Radio Romania Iasi (448,000), and Radio Romania Oltenia Craiova (433,300).

Kiss FM also ranked first in urban areas, for the audience aged over 11. It registered 1.29 million listeners per day. Radio Romania Actualitati was second with 1.23 million listeners, followed by Radio ZU, ProFM, Europa FM, Magic FM, Radio 21, Radio Antena Satelor, National FM, and Radio Romania Oltenia Craiova.

However, Radio ZU was the most listened radio in Bucharest, with 250,800 listeners. Radio Romania Actualitati registered 235,500 listeners and came second in the top, followed by Kiss FM, Pro FM, Magic FM, Europa FM, Radio 21, Romantic FM, Rock FM, and National FM.

The study was conducted between April 27 and August 16.
