The Java Developers are the best paid programmers in Romania, with a net monthly salary of EUR 1,300-1,750, according to a survey carried out by Consulteam and the Employers' Association of the Software and Services Industry (ANIS).

The salaries in the IT&C sector will go up by 6% this year, compared to a growth of 7% in 2015.

For a position of iOS Developer, the salary offered by employers in Bucharest is 9% higher compared to the salary offered in other parts of the country, the study also shows.

At regional level, the number of IT&C companies in Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara, Galati, Craiova & Tirgu Mures has increased.
