Work on Sebeş-Turda highway in Central Romania starts in a month
Work on the Sebeş-Turda highway in Romania will start at end-November, and the highway will most likely be ready in December 2015, the earliest, according to Mediafax. The official deadline is March 2016. If the weather will be good, work will continue in the months of December and January too, to keep with the pledged schedule.
The 70-kilometer highway segment is made of four smaller segments, each with a price tag of EUR 100 million. Most of the highway costs are covered by EU funding – 85%, the rest, by Government funds.
