Romanian Cristian Petrescu (in picture) is the new Technology and Channels Director with Xerox Romania starting February 2012, according to the company. He will be responsible for the coordination of the entire Xerox network of partners as well as for the activities through indirect sales of Xerox equipment and services

Petrescu has worked for around 20 years in the IT&C sector. Between 2000 and 2008 he was Commercial Market Area Sales Manager at Cisco Systems, while from 2008 until 2011 he held the Data Solutions Director position at Vodafone. He previously worked at Xerox Romania between 1997 and 2000, when he held the Channels Group Manager position.

Cristian Petrescu graduated the Polytechnic University in Bucharest, and participated in numerous professional courses organized in the country and abroad.

Xerox is a document technology and services company, founded in 1906. It has 136,000 employees worldwide and is active in 160 countries. The company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, had revenues of USD 22 billion in 2010.
