Yellow code for rain, hail and storms in Romania until Wednesday
Romanian meteorologists issued a yellow code for torrential rains, hail, storms and strong wind until Wednesday night.
The rains will have a torrential character and the amount of water will exceed 25 liters per sqm, and locally 50 liters per sqm.
The 13 counties in Romania that are going to be affected by the weather are Maramures, Suceava, Botosani, Bistrita-Nasaud, Mures, Harghita, Neamt, Bacau, Covasna, Brasov, Vrancea, Buzau and Prahova.
