Young Romanian entrepreneurs open new playground in Bucharest’s Baneasa Shopping City
A new playground will open in the Baneasa Shopping City mall this weekend, following an investment of EUR 700,000, according to Ziarul Financiar.
The playground, called Kiddo Play Academy, is a family investment by Cristina Alexandru-Şucu, 23, and her husband Vlad Alexandru, 29.
She is the daughter of famous Romanian entrepreneurs Camelia and Dan Sucu, the founders of the Mobexpert furniture business, who got divorced and are now running separate furniture businesses. Vlad Alexandru is the son of Romanian entrepreneur Mirela Penciu.
The new playground, which covers some 1,100 sqm, uses the educational entertainment concept. It also includes a bar and special area for parents, and an area where private parties can be organized.
